Time is precious, and duty is go(L)d. (If we love (L) the materiel things only, we can't achieve the Supreme(GOD).) Youth can jump towards the sky and chant 'AUM Nama Shivaya'. Elders can sit in one place and chant the same. Whatever they are doing is fine and good. But the jump of the youth is like the jump to catch the Sun for a ripe fruit.
