The Real Man (soul)

How can we define a real man ; are you real man ? A real man means someone with a 'Mind' man with soul ; And that soul is wind . The whole world is created and protected by the Wind when you revert the letter 'W' in the Word 'WIND' it becomes your 'MIND'
To become a Real man you should have the 'The soul ; " The wind " should be there Inside you.

That is  why 'MANU' from "Manusmrithi " is so called the first real man in the World
"He Had the Wind inside Him ; the soul inside Him" So  breathing is the life. It is one of our most vital functions. It is the  highest form of purification and self-discipline, covering both mind and body.

For Full of high-spirited delight there is a letter-perfect Word in English 'G'G - Means GOD, LEE-(leeward) - The direction in which the wind is blowing
:- U can achieve the Glee When you are blending your "G' with 'LEE'
means 'in which direction wind is blowing God is there'

Pranayaama means restraint of the prana or breath" or more accurately, "control of force"
through the charm of Pranayaama you can place your wandering 'SOUL 'within your body
for that you have to learn "Siddha Vedam"
